Conferences & Meetings
Accommodating both smaller groups of up to 14 in our more intimate meeting spaces, and larger numbers of up to 220, The Barn at Alswick offers a variety of bright and contemporary, yet characterful rooms to host your corporate and social events in a peaceful rural location. The space is set up with state of the art audio visual equipment and programmable lighting, and has an experienced Team Activity Company based onsite, who can provide an extensive range of entertainment and activity options both indoors and outdoors, should you wish to enhance your event further.
Our more intimate meeting spaces can be hired independently or together by the day (Half days can be booked on the day subject to availability).
The Dressing Room*
The Dressing Room seats up to 8 people and includes a 42” screen with HDMI connection.
Meetings can be booked here at a rate of £27.50 + VAT per person for a half day and £38 + VAT for a full day, with a minimum of 3 people.
Packages include: Tea, coffee and biscuits throughout. A working cold buffet lunch. Water on the table. Wi-fi.
The Snug
The Snug is the perfect place to break out for a quiet cup of coffee during the day, or a well-deserved glass of wine after a meeting.
Discuss with the team if this is something you would be looking to add on to your day.
The Barn
For meetings of over 8, as well as larger events of up to 150 seated and 220 standing.
Meetings can be booked here at a rate of £27.50 + VAT per person for a half day and £38 + VAT for a full day, with a minimum of 8 people.
Packages include: Tea, coffee and biscuits throughout. A working cold buffet lunch. Water on the table. Wi-fi.
The Barn can also be hired for corporate parties and celebrations. Please email us to discuss the full range of options.
The Meeting Room
For intimate informal meetings for 2-4 people, and a cosy space for your working lunch.
Meetings can be booked here at a rate of £27.50 + VAT per person for a half day and £38 + VAT per full day.
Packages include: Tea, coffee and biscuits throughout. Working cold finger buffet lunch. Water on the table. Wi-fi.
