Access to Alswick Hall’s stunning formal gardens can also be arranged for your photographs, and the surrounding scenery offers ample opportunity for creating the perfect shots and wonderful memories.

The bright and spacious barn offers a peaceful countryside location for your occasion. Accommodating numbers from 50 to 220 (dependent on layout) it is the perfect space to arrange anything from a celebratory lunch, to a charity ball.
Bespoke breakfast, lunch and dinner menus can be designed with our caterers to suit your needs and ensure the perfect fit for your event and budget.

Accommodating both smaller groups of up to 14 in our more intimate meeting spaces, and larger numbers of up to 220, The Barn at Alswick offers a variety of bright and contemporary, yet characterful rooms to host your corporate and social events in a peaceful rural location. The space is set up with state of the art audio visual equipment and programmable lighting, and has an experienced Team Activity Company based onsite, who can provide an extensive range of entertainment and activity options both indoors and outdoors, should you wish to enhance your event further.
Our more intimate meeting spaces can be hired independently or together by the day (Half days can be booked on the day subject to availability).
The Boardroom can seat 14 people and includes a state of the art 55” screen with HDMI connection. Meetings can be booked in this space at a rate of £35.00 per person for the day for a minimum of 4 people.
The Dressing Room seats up to 8 people and includes a 42” screen with HDMI connection. Meetings can be booked here at a rate of £27.50 per person per day, with a minimum of 3 people.
Flexible furniture arrangements in these rooms can offer further options for use, please discuss your requirements with us.

‘We were looking for a venue where we could have the flexibility to have kind of wedding that we wanted, which was very informal, and have the place to completely to ourselves. The Barn ticked both boxes! Kay, the Alswick team and their handpicked suppliers made our day the best it could be. Nothing was too much trouble. We were listened to all the way through our planning, being guided at the same time by their extensive event management expertise, whilst still feeling in control of our special day. This made the whole experience stress free and allowed us to really throw ourselves into our day and enjoy it (something that you hear few newlyweds say after the event!). I would really recommend taking a look at the Barn -
‘Firstly what a beautiful venue surrounded by stunning gardens. Kerry & Kay were so lovely & helpful and really made our day a lot easier to organise. Having never planned a wedding before I asked a lot of questions and they were always so fast to reply & guide me in the right direction. The fact you can choose your caterer is also another added bonus as we could choose the food we wanted rather than had to have. Can not fault the day (other than the weather) everything was seamless and smooth -
